Don't think this is particularly a MyPrograms problem but hey.. I have Mame, Project64, ePSXe and Gens all working with snaps etc...

I uninstalled MediaPortal and the iMON software, and then I reinstalled MediaPortal again (I will reinstall iMON later). MP now works perfectly with my VFD display - it seems like it only needs the display driver!

FlipGer: I'm very aware that MP already has a "Compress" feature......however the wmv files that it outputs are horrendous! ;)
My thought is simply that if there are already working wmv converters out there, why not just implement one of them into MP instead of writing a new one and dealing with the associated growing pains?

You must not put SkypeAPI.dll in Mediaportal's directory !!! Anywhere but not there :)
It's a MP's bug which try to load any file it founds in those directorys... But not all dlls are .Net Dlls ! So try another location for this file. (I suggest the Skype installation directory.)
