A debug version of TV Server would not acquire any additional information. If you want to do further diagnosis then please try the "legacyCorruptedStateExceptionsPolicy" configuration change that I previously mentioned. There's literally nothing else that I can think of that you could try.

Weird? It's been that way for a looong time. The scheduler needs to know which channel a recording is associated with. The Matroska file for each recording gives the channel name. If you don't have a channel with matching name at the time of import then the recordings are listed with "...Channel: unknown..." and greyed.

Why does TV server fail to import some recordings?

Turning on and off Dolby encoding in Sound Blaster Pro Studio fixed the issue.
Creative clearly have a nasty bug in there. At least it seems I have a workaround that does not involve rebooting.
