Highlight them all and right click 'install' them :)
On the Audio renderer - check in the settings app under the codecs bit and make sure the correct audio renderer is in there...

hm, don't know exactly, but perhaps (vaguely remember seeing someting alike on youtube) the plugin selects the stream where audio and video are in separate streams, and Mediaportal cannot handle that.

Yes there is not a lot of recent info on the Online Videos plugin, your best resource is probably the OV thread in this forum. The current version is newer than 2013 and a recent update was made for the MP 1.23pre. Best to install from the MP Extension Manager as that will apply the correct version for your MP install.

The correct DLL isn't particularly easy to identify in that thread - there are three versions; so I attach it here for anyone else having similar issues
