MP already does that. Refresh rate is updated as long as the material (title/chapter) length is at least 60 seconds. For shorter material (could be only a 5 second "logo") we don't think there's much point.

Now that I had a little time to tackle this, I followed @SpudR 's advice and cleaned my system from the Video-card driver with DDU in safe mode and installed the latest driver. Since then no crashes or weird behaviour(y).

I finally got back to this. I removed all ",17" in each url and tried scanning again but unfortunately this does not make a difference. Its still creating duplicates.
