I did try it, and have been trying just about every new build, hoping to find a way to fix my TV woes. It's not like these are such unusual cards: a Hauppauge 950 and a HDHomeRun. They work flawlessly in most other TV-enabled front-ends.

Same problem here! (running latest SVN) I have changed from TVServer to MP setup only and I've set Astra2 to my LNB1 (A/A) and Astra1 to my LNB2 (A/B). The exact same setup as I had with TVServer (that worked). Now MP only scans Astra2 twice, because of Diseqc failing.
Any solution for this yet? I don't wanna go back to TVServer...

Edit: Yes there are, but I have no idea if they work with MediaPortal. Most DVB tuners will pick up DVB digital radio, so I suspect there is little need.

I really like MP but it's still a case of "so near but not quite there" with quite a few outstanding issues to solve. I run TV...

I've heard it's the iPod streams that are DRM-free correct? (Which is what XBMC uses - right?).
Is it not the same as with standard iPlayer (on the PC), that if you download the programme you get get better quality that if you stream it? So surely an option to download or steam would be best if this is true?
