This is what I was thinking of. If you're confident that's not happening, rule it out.
I'd say that's impossible unless there was a serious Windows or hardware bug. MP and S@H are 100% independent.

This sounds like the bug that has already been fixed in MP 1.18.
Note that the single episode in the list is not also included in the folder, so when the single episode is deleted by mistake, there is no corresponding deletion of the item in the folder (because it does not exist in the folder).
